YOUCA is a youth movement dedicated to creating a just and sustainable future. But young people cannot do this alone. That is why we at YOUCA like to join hands with schools, businesses, pioneers and other relevant social actors to make that shared dream of the future come true together.

Our mission
As a youth movement, YOUCA's mission is to create space for and by young people globally through connection, collaboration and experience where they can reach their full potential and take action .
Why?
At YOUCA, we believe that we, the young people, are the key to a better future. We do not (yet) suffer from ingrained thinking patterns that can block progress and change. With our fresh and creative ideas, we take a fresh look at today's and tomorrow's problems. We often see things differently, and therein lies the power of change.
We look at the world with an open mind , and can break through the status quo. Where others see obstacles , we see opportunities. We dare to dream of a world that is better, and know that we can make those dreams come true. Together.
And no, we don't want to wait forever for change. With respect for people and planet, we want to make a difference right now. Whether it's sustainability, equality or social justice, we feel the need and are determined to take steps today. Because at YOUCA, we realise that every conscious choice and every small action can already have a big impact. Here at YOUCA, we get and give each other the opportunity to make our voices heard and learn that our opinions really do matter.

when the pressure to conform is great. At YOUCA, you are allowed to learn, try, fail, and
