Youca Action Day
Every year, more than 15,000 young people from Flanders and Brussels commit to spending a day working for a company, organisation, government or private individual. The wages they earn on that school day go to projects of committed young people worldwide. The next YOUCA Action Day will take place on 16 October 2025. Will you be there?

Why participate?
The YOUCA Action Day has something to offer everyone. Students get the chance to gain practical experience, spend a day looking behind the scenes at an exciting employer and test out their future job. Companies, organisations and governments get the chance to showcase their business to a new young audience, get lots of PR and press attention and support youth engagement worldwide. Schools put experiential learning into practice with the YOUCA Action Day while working towards educational goals.
