Did your participation in our activities give you the itch to get involved in our work and support other young do-gooders in their commitment? Then you are the perfect YOUCA volunteer!
What do you do as a volunteer?
Being a volunteer at YOUCA can mean many different things. There is a lot of room to develop your skills, get out of your comfort zone and be a true chameleon!
- Are you the person who manages activities ?
- Do you enjoyaccompanying international activists during school exchanges and showing them around Flanders and Brussels?
- Are you a good conversationalist and do you enjoy making classes enthusiastic about the YOUCA Action Day during the presentation tour ?
- Or would you rather join our TikTokTeam to represent YOUCA both in front of and behind the camera?
- Maybe you are a good cook who provides all the participants with delicious meals during the campaign weekend or come and roll up your sleeves when the YOUCA team needs to get all the school parcels ready for shipping?
- Do you have a knack for languages and would you like to come and interpret at one of our events?
- Or would you like to come up with your own workshop ?
In short: you can contribute to YOUCA's operation in an incredible number of ways. No idea yet how exactly you want to get involved? Come to one of our activities (which you can also just take part in, of course!) and find out what you'd like to grow in, or ask our youth workers Siham and Emma for extra info.
Our community
As a volunteer, you will join a close-knit group of like-minded young people and a team full of commitment, fresh ideas and fun. Can you identify with what YOUCA stands for? Then you are definitely welcome!
