YOUCA Action Day for pupils
Will you spend a day working on the YOUCA Action Day? Ingenious! Together with more than 15,000 young people from Flanders and Brussels, you will exchange your school desk for your dream job. The wages you earn on that school day will go to projects of committed young people worldwide. The next YOUCA Action Day will take place on 16 October 2025.
YOUCA helped me find my dream job and this way I was able to engage with young people worldwide at the same time, that's two birds with one stone!
How to join?
Is your school already participating in the YOUCA Action Day? Super! Just create a profile via the job board and start searching. Read on for tips and tricks on how to make it a day to remember! How do you find a job-for-a-day?
Yes! You are going to participate in the YOUCA Action Day. The job search can begin! We'll help you get started by listing how to go about it.

Found a job yourself? Super! Write down your employer's details on the job flyer and enter them in your jobbank account. Just wait for confirmation from your employer, and you're done!

Become a school ambassador!
Want to do more for YOUCA and our projects? Become a school ambassador and represent YOUCA at your school. As an ambassador you will get to know YOUCA through and through, bring Action Day to life at your school and help your fellow pupils find jobs. We will organise an ambassador day on Friday 19 September, so you will be fully immersed in our world and ready to take up your role at school.
YOUCA feels like coming home. I have found a place where there are others who, like me, want to work for a fair world. I can be myself and really make a difference to society. We young people are in control of everything.

Are you homeschooling? YOUCA is here for you too. Both on YOUCA Action Day and during the year, we have an exciting range of opportunities for you to get involved in society and learn about our themes.
