Equality & inclusion

For many young people, equality and inclusion are important values. There are still many challenges in this area in Belgium and around the world, from tackling racism, persistent gender stereotypes and gender-based violence to closing the pay gap and fighting other unequal power relations. YOUCA is therefore happy to work with organisations setting up projects to pursue goals around this issue. On this page you can read how we have done this in the past.
